We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise such rights.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the application during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the application shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Bristol, United Kingdom.

We may terminate your access to the application, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
